BENTON -- Jennifer Felter, a student at Thomas W. Kelly High School, will join approximately 200 other sophomore leaders from high schools in eastern Missouri at the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation's annual leadership seminar.
The program will be held in St. Louis this weekend.
At the seminar, the young people will discuss issues with community leaders in business, industry, education and the media.
The Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundations, called HOBY, is dedicated to development of leadership in high school sophomores. Over 14,000 students in the United States and 25 foreign countries take part each year.
