The adult basic education classes, which are free, will be open to all adults age 16 or older who are not currently enrolled in high school. Adults who have completed high school also are eligible to attend.

The classes begin in September and continue through May. Each course would be designed so that all students can work at their own pace to improve skills in math, reading, English or study for entrance and GED exams.

For more information, call the school office at (573) 545-3541.
