Kelly Green did not build the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge, but she helped.

"It is exciting to look at the finished product and know that I was one of the many people who helped make it a reality," she says.

The bridge is only one example of a large project in Cape Girardeau of which Green was a part. Though it means intense multi-tasking, she welcomes the day-to-day variety of her job. According to Green, "being able to manage these projects and address and (hopefully) solve problems as they arise is very satisfying to me."
