For Justin Pobst the joy of banking comes down to this: "People!"

Getting to know and help his clients is what he looks forward to most.

"On a personal level, I help people purchase and refinance assets that they use to live. I also get to help people map out their financial future," he says. "By getting involved on a commercial level, I get to help in bringing new businesses to our communities."

Pobst considers it part of his job to not only serve the customers "but to help educate them fully about all aspects of finance. I think taking that extra 10 to 15 minutes to make sure my customers not only know what we are doing but why, will come full circle."
