This exhibition will showcase the best quality work by art students in their classes throughout the year. Painting, sculpture, drawing, graphic design, printmaking, ceramics and fiber art will be shown.

All art majors must submit two class studio works for the competition. An impartial professional artist juror from outside the university will select 30 to 40 works from about 100 pieces.

Criteria for choosing the best works usually involves originality, handling of mediaa, strong composition and craftsmanship. All studio areas of the art department will be represented.

This year's juror is Dan Addington, an artist from Chicago.
