JOINS MCCOMBS

JACKSON -- Jamey B. Dockins has joined McCombs Funeral Home as an apprentice mortician.

Dockins, a 1989 graduate of Jackson High School, is a recent graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service, Jeffersonville, Ind., where he finished in the top 10 percent of his class

He successfully completed the National Conference of Funeral Service Examination, qualifying him as an accepted practicing mortician within any state.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Dockins, co-owners of McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.

He is a member of First Baptist Church in Jackson.
