JOINS COAD

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Alan Rickman has joined the Coad Chevrolet staff as a new-car salesman.

Rickman recently moved to Cape Girardeau from St. Louis, where he was operations manager of maintenance in high-rise buildings for four years.

He previously lived in Cape Girardeau. He operated Al's Cleaning Service, which he started in 1975. In 1981, be started a ServiceMaster commercial cleaning franchise in Cape Girardeau. He sold the cleaning business in 1983.

Rickman is a 1968 graduate of Scott City High School. He served in the Army and was in Vietnam in 1970-71. He attended Southeast Missouri State University for two years after he got out of the Army.
