JOINS CAPE FIRM

Ron Parker of Cape Girardeau has joined Johnson Communications Service Inc., 1213 N. Kingshighway. As sales manager, he will develop a marketing program for cellular phone systems.

The company sells and services OKI, NEC and Motorola mobile, portable and transportable cellular phones.

Parker has a background in sales and management. He was owner/operator of Capaha Real Estate Co. and American General Contractors Inc. He and his family have lived in Cape Girardeau 17 years.

Reg and Kathy Swan own Johnson Communications Service Inc. and its subsidiary Tel-Link, which offers paging service. The company has operated in Cape Girardeau since 1959 and is a Motorola Radius dealer.
