Gary Slaubaugh, owner of Square One, 1749 N. Kingshighway, announced Owens' appointment this week.

Owens has three years' experience in the electronics repair industry, including repair of printed circuit boards and trouble shooting on the component level.
He is a graduate of the Devry Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga., with a bachelor's degree in electronics engineer technology.
He will be relocating to Cape Girardeau.
