JOINS BANK HERE

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Douglas W. Ayers, formerly of Boonville, has joined the staff of South East Missouri Bank here.

He was executive vice president of the United Missouri Bank of Boonville five years. While there, Ayers was active in the Rotary Club and Ducks Unlimited. He was associated with the United Missouri Bank of Milan before transferring to Boonville. The Green City native earned a degree in agricultural economics from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

At South East Missouri Bank, Ayers will serve as senior vice president, a newly-created position.
