A leader in both his profession and in the community, Jason "Parker" Crombie lives through his care and concern for people.

Jason has risen from disc jockey to sales at Withers Broadcasting to his current position as senior account executive.

"He still will take time out of his day to help with production of not only his clients but those of other account executives in order to give the best customer service possible," said Jessica Sanders of Withers. "He is a leader at the station and gives his expertise and encouragement whenever possible."

Jason says he enjoys "when a client or when a business associate is pleased and things are successful, when you can see that gleam in their eye, their smile, and feel the energy of a successful advertising campaign."

He compares the staff he works with to a family: "I love people," he says. "I love the people I work with.

"I've been in radio 10 years and been on all sides of it. I believe in radio and love it. It's my passion."
