STANTON, Iowa -- A Jackson woman was killed last month when she was hit by a train in Iowa.
Jessica Lynn Randolph, 18, was killed Oct. 19 at Stanton, according to the Montgomery County Emergency Management Agency. Police were called at 5:24 p.m. by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe train reporting a train-pedestrian accident. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A dispatcher at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday no one was available to comment.
Visitation is from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at Connection Point Church in Jackson. A memorial service is at 7 p.m.
