Jackson schools audit finds no areas of concern

An audit of finances for the Jackson School District found no areas of concern, the school board learned at its regular meeting Tuesday. The audit, completed by Larson Allen, LLP, identified the district as "low-risk," and stated there were no audit findings related to "internal control, compliance, questioned costs, or fraud that related to federal awards for the year ended June 30," and that there are no areas of noncompliance in relation to financial statements.
