Jackson Public Library is gearing up for the Missouri Summer Reading Program. This year's theme is "2001 Places to Go." Children who are in the Jackson School District and are aged preschool through fifth grade may sign up to "travel" through books.

The children must check out and read at least 20 books to have their names entered for great prizes!

Their name will be entered in the drawing for every 20 books they read between June 6 and Aug. 4.
