Family: My Mom is Ruth Lane, a nurse. My Dad is Roger Lane. He works for UE. I have a sister in her last year of college at SEMO University.

Job: I'm a student at JJHS, going into ninth grade. I have a part-time job baby-sitting. I love kids and would like to baby-sit more. I've cared for kids of all ages, including infants.

What do you like most about the area? I like living out in the country and having the city of Jackson close by.

Favorite food: Baja chalupas from Taco Bell.

Favorite TV show: "Friends" and "Simpsons."

What would you do if you won the lottery? Buy a yellow Mustang, become a missionary and bring big, old truckloads of food to starving people and feed them. Then I would be selfish and waste it on myself.
