Family: Has three kids: two boys, one girl, they all live close by

Gilbert's wife has two children: one in Texas, one in Pennsylvania.

Job: Volunteers at the Jackson Senior Center as treasurer, Mr. Fix it, and keeps the food pantry stocked.

Hobbies: Gardening. Gilbert donates the surplus from his garden to the food pantry.

What do you like most about the area? The four seasons.

Favorite food: I like it all. They always have good meals here at the center.

Favorite TV show: "Who wants to be a millionaire?"

Best advice you've ever received? Don't know. Always open to advice. When someone suggested opening the food pantry to only a few at time as a way of managing a lot of people at one time, it worked out great.

Person you most admire: Don't know.

What would you do if you won the lottery? Give a lot away to churches, nutrition center and divide amongst the family.

Pet peeve: No pet peeves. The Lord has really blessed me to do the things I'm able to. I enjoy volunteering here at the center. I've been doing it for 15 years.
