A crime-prevention saturation event late last week led to several arrests in Jackson.
The Jackson Police Department Special Response Team and Jackson Police Department Patrol Division conducted a crime prevention saturation Thursday and Friday, according to a news release from the department.
Police made seven drug-related arrests, two arrests for alleged driving under the influence of drugs, two alcohol-related arrests and one traffic-related arrest, the release said.
The drug arrests included arrests for methamphetamine, cocaine, prescription pills and marijuana.
