A Jackson man was charged with marijuana possession Friday after officers found the drugs in his home. Kenneth D. Tilley, 35, of 1589 Bel Air Drive, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, a Jackson Police Department news release stated. Jackson police officers executed a search warrant for the Bel Air Drive apartment Thursday night and recovered more than 35 grams of marijuana inside, according to Jackson police Lt. Rodney Barnes. "It's more than we normally get," Barnes said of the amount of drugs found. Bond for Tilley was set at $5,000.
