Three Jackson men were arrested and charged this week with drug paraphernalia in separate incidents.
Christopher Locklear, 42, of the 200 block of Tracy Street, Joshua P. Jones, 21, of the 1400 block of Woodland Drive and Norman Baird, 21, of the 700 block of West Washington Street, were all charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges came following a police search of the defendants' homes in February, according to a news release from the Jackson Police Department.
Locklear and Jones were charged Tuesday, and Baird was charged Monday, according to court records.
The three cases were not related to one another, but police Lt. Rodney Barnes said the arrests were part of the Jackson Police Department's ongoing drug investigations.
"Whether small or large, we're going after them," Barnes said of drug offenders in Jackson.
