A Jackson man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a traffic crash shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday in Cape Girardeau County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
Nicholas A. Arnold, 24, was thrown from a westbound 1994 Ford F-150 pickup truck when the vehicle left the right side of Route A about a mile east of Route F and overturned, the patrol reported.
The driver, Thomas C. Stoops, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was not injured in the crash, which totaled the truck, the patrol reported.
Arnold was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center, the patrol reported.
