JACKSON ENTREPRENEUR ATTENDS NATIONAL CONFERENCE

Brenda Birk, an independent sales consultant for The Pampered Chef, Ltd., recently attended the company's national conference held at the Rosemont Theatre in Rosemont, Ill.

More than 10,000 of the company's top achievers from across the United States attended this year's conference, a celebration of The Pampered Chef's 20th anniversary. Birk has been with the company for five months and holds the rank of independent.

The conference featured the introduction of new winter products and sales and leadership training. Pampered Chef Founder and President Doris Christopher and motivational speaker Emory Austin, whose high-impact message has helped hundreds of thousands of people develop their strengths and reach high levels of achievement, addressed the audience.

Doris Christopher founded The Pampered Chef, Ltd., in 1980 in the basement of her suburban Chicago home. Today, more than 60,000 Kitchen Consultants generate annual sales of nearly $600 million through the sale of kitchen tools at in-home cooking demonstrations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. The company gives back to the communities it serves through charitable partnerships targeting hunger and breast cancer early detection.
