Below the Southern Netherlands Young People's Orchestra toots their horns. The 75 Dutch teenagers are touring the Untied States this summer. Municipal Band Director Nick Leist said the Dutch teens had "a wonderful time" during their visit. Jackson USA Signal/Mark Evans
