A suspect in a Jackson burglary entered a not guilty plea in Cape Girardeau County Circuit Court on Monday morning, according to the circuit clerk's office.

Mark P. Lowery, 45, of Robinson, Ill., had an arraignment at 10 a.m. Monday in the two burglary cases pending against him.

Lowery faces two counts of burglary and two counts of theft in connection with incidents that occurred on April 10 and on Feb. 4 in Jackson.

The case was continued to June 22, according to the clerk's office.
