A. Authorized Pay Request #7 in the amount of $13,279.72 to Penzel Construction Company under the City Hall renovation contract and change order relating to Library.

B. Amended Ordinance 3500 relating to Budget Billing to include rental units.

C. Approved amended swimming pool regulations for 1996.

D. Accepted certified election results.

E. Authorized the Mayor to execute a contract with D & G Investments relative to the purchase of real estate.

F. Authorized contractual agreement between the City of Jackson and the City Collector.

G. Authorized contractual agreement between County Collector and City relative to the preparation and collection of taxes for the City of Jackson.

H. Authorized quarterly payment of $600 to Cape County Transit.

I. Re-adopted Article VII Chapter 2 of Code of Ordinances.

J. Authorized City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications and estimate of costs on water line to Route PP Industrial Park.

Accepted dedication of easement in Green Meadows Second Subdivision.

Street Committee

A. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, May 20, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the rezoning of all Lots 55, 56, 57 and 58 as indicated on the preliminary plat of Fairfield Estates Subdivision from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial) as submitted by Mr. Stan Williams of Plantation Properties.

B. Accepted bid of D & S Fencing Co., Inc., of DeSoto, Mo., in the amount of $2,092 for the installation of guard rail.
