B. Consider a bill proposing an ordinance accepting the dedication of a water line easement deed from Cherie Laura Louise Moore.

A. Consider a motion to accept the 2007 storm water management plan.

B. Consider a motion to bring from the table, for consideration, a bill proposing an ordinance approving a special-use permit for the construction and operation of a privately owned recreation facility (baseball park), in an R-2 (single-family residential) district, on lot No. 58 of a future phase of Nine Oaks subdivision, as submitted by the Jackson Jaycees and the Jackson Area Baseball Association.

C.
