* Hearing to consider the proposed vacation of a portion of the West Monroe Street public right of way, as requested by the Reorganized School District of Cape Girardeau County.

* Hearing to consider a special-use permit request for an oversized attached sign, in a C-2 (general commercial) district located at 1820 Old Toll Road, as submitted by Kenneth and Jacqueline Robertson.
