A. Accept the proposal of Walker and Associates Inc. of Fenton to provide aerial photographs of city at a cost of $1,280.

B. Record the disposal of city records which have met their retention schedule under RSMo 109.230 and were disposed of at the landfill utilized by the city.

C. Authorize quarterly payment of $600 to Cape County Transit.

D. Approve amendment to power sales contract with the city of Sikeston.

E. Approve bids for change order in the amount of $74,577 to Penzel Construction Co. Inc. to complete renovation of lower two levels of west wing of City Hall building, bringing project to completion.

F. Authorize annual payment of $2,000 to Humane Society of Southeast Missouri for services provided.

G. Approve the rezoning of property owned by Kimbeland Country Club on East Jackson Boulevard from R-2, single family residential, to C-2, general commercial, as submitted by Dave Clabaugh.

H. Approve preliminary plat of Hidden Meadows Subdivision as submitted by Appleton Valley Farms Inc.

I. Set a public hearing for March 4 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the establishment of an R-4, one and two family residential district, zoning classification.

J. Instruct city attorney to prepare an ordinance providing for the vacation of a portion of the right-of-way for Emma Street along Farris Nabors' property.

K. Accept the petition of the residents of the 500 block of Elwanda Drive requesting pavement of the cul-de-sac fronting their properties and to instruct the city engineer to prepare necessary plans and specifications.
