* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance calling for a general municipal election April 6 to fill board of aldermen positions.

* Consider a motion accepting the $267,031 bid of HD Supply Utilities of Mattoon, Ill., and authorizing the purchase of multiple electric transformers for the 4kV Electric Circuit Conversion Project.

Street Committee

* Consider a motion authorizing the closure of certain streets in the Central Business District, beginning at 5 p.m. July 26 and ending July 31 for the Homecomers.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance approving the voluntary annexation of approximately 5.72 acres of property addressed as 4193 Bainbridge Road, as submitted by the Southeast Missouri State University Foundation.
