Accepted the dedication of sanitary sewer easement deeds from Linda Watkins.

Amended Chapter 51, Article III, Division 1, Section 51-102 and 51-103 relating to the provision of leaves for city employees.

Changed the regular council meeting date from Monday, Jan. 20, 2003, to Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2003, at 7;30 p.m. due to Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday holiday.
