Accepted the dedication of sanitary sewer easement deeds from the Jackson School District, Bruce J. Dovin and Sarah A. Dovin and Jeffrey L. Pinkerton.

Authorized the mayor to sign depository agreements with Firstar Bank, Peoples Bank and the Bank of Missouri.Street Committee

Approved the issuance of an original package liquor with Sunday sales license to Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., d.b.a. Wal-Mart Supercenter 122 at 3051 E. Jackson Blvd.

Approved the proposal of Crawford, Bunte, Brammeier of St. Louis relative to the preparation of the 2002 Comprehensive Traffic Study.

Authorized a contractual agreement with Crawford, Bunte, Brammeier of St. Louis relative to the preparation of the 2002 Comprehensive Traffic Study.

Approved a motion reappointing the Major Street Priority Committee as an advisory board.
