Action items

Power and Light Committee Vacated an electric power line easement in Ridge Subdivision, Unit 3.

Approved the voluntary annexation of .67 acres of property owned by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nitsch.

Accepted the dedication of a drainage and water detention easement deed from Appleton Valley Farm Inc., Paige Kracke and Kenneth J. Englehart.

Approved the reapportionment of the city wards.

Authorized the execution of the Fifth Amendment to Landfill redesign and Operation Agreement with Allied Services, L.L.C. relative to gate rates at Jackson Transfer Station.

Street Committee

Tabled a motion approving the preliminary plat of Nine Oaks Subdivision as submitted by Ron Clark and Bobby Clark. The motion was tabled at the developers' request.
