* Passed an ordinance repealing flashing signal designations at South Farmington Road and West Jackson Boulevard, and adding flashing signal designations at South Farmington Road and West Jackson Boulevard, and at Penzel Drive/South Oklahoma Street and West Jackson Boulevard.
* Passed an ordinance adding crosswalk designations at West Adams Street, Daisy Street, South Farmington Road, West Jackson Boulevard and West Main Street.
Amendments
* Authorized the mayor to sign a depository agreement with Montgomery Bank, 2125 E. Jackson Blvd.
* Approved a change order No. 1, to Fronabarger Concreters Inc., of Oak Ridge, Mo., for an $1,110.03 increase in the contract amount, regarding the 2005 Concrete Street Repair program.
