* A motion to set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Dec. 20 to consider the proposed 2011 city budget.
* A motion accepting the $27,587 bid of McFarland Cascade of Joplin, Mo., and authorizing the purchase of wooden electric utility poles for the 34.5 kV Electric Transmission Line Project.
* A motion accepting the $96,440 bid of Fort Worth Tower LLC of Fort Worth, Texas, and authorizing the purchase of steel electric utility poles for the 34.5 kV Electric Transmission Line Project.
* A motion approving Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $2,334.50, to Utility Solutions LLC of Tonganoxie, Kan., for the 2010 Manhole Rehabilitation Program
* A motion accepting the electric cost of service study as prepared by Burns & McDonnell of St. Louis.
* A bill proposing an ordinance amending Chapter 41 of the Code of Ordinances regarding the revised electric rates.
* A motion approving Task Order Authorization No. 10-10, in the amount of $74,400, to Horner & Shifrin Inc. of St. Louis for engineering services under the wastewater facility ultraviolet disinfection project.
* A motion accepting the bid of Powerline Consultants LLC of Farmington, Mo., in the amount of $639,036.99, for the 34.5 kV Electric Transmission Line Project.
* A bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Powerline Consultants LLC for the 34.5 kV Electric Transmission Line Project.
* A motion authorizing the mayor to sign a FY2011 Neighborhood Assistance Program grant application, as requested by Dr. Dawn Caruso of the New Vision Youth and Family Services Inc. regarding a proposed emergency foster care group home at 709 E. Main St.
* A bill proposing an ordinance amending Chapter 37 of the Code of Ordinances regarding permits for street closure.
