Power and Light Committee

A. Authorize contract with City Water & Light of Jonesboro, Ark., extending previous agreement relating to energy-as-available purchases.

B. Authorize contract with Southwestern Power Administration relating to power transmission fees.

C. Accept certified election results.

D. Authorize the execution of a general warranty deed, transferring real estate to NLC Partnership.

E. Authorize partial payment of $6,000 to Hogan Painting and Sandblasting as per power plant elevated water tank project.

F. Authorize payment of Jackson Electric System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 1991, due January 1, 1996, of $180,000 principal and $46,288.77 interest.

Street Committee

A. Authorize staff to explore annexation proceedings in the area of East Jackson between in eastern city limits and Interstate 55.

B. Approve a special use permit as requested by Ron Cook for operation of C&C Concessions at 1931 West Jackson Blvd.
