Action Items

Authorize partial payment of $30,211 to Caldwell Tanks Inc., as per 300,000 gallon elevated tank contract.

Approve contractual agreement with Landgraf Construction for the Brookside Park restroom facility.

Instruct city attorney to prepare an ordinance for the rezoning of a portion of property along the south line of Emma Street from industrial to residential.

Authorize the execution of a quit claim deed to Garry and Gail Seabaugh.

Set Oct. 9-13 as Fall Clean-Up/Fix-Up Week.
