Power and Light Committee

Authorized general services contract with SEMO Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission.

Approved of the semi-annual financial statement ending Dec. 31, 1994, and publish in the local newspaper.

Street Committee

Authorized annual RCGA membership dues in the amount of $1,000.

Rejected all bids on a sign contract.

Approved a special use permit for Stonewall Enterprises Inc. at 529 W. Main St.

Authorizated the city attorney to draw up ordinance establishing no parking zone on West Adams Street.

Purchased three patrol vehicles from Ford Groves Inc. for a total cost of $47,851.17.

Set a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 6 to consider rezoning Annwood Estates Subdivision from C-2 to R-2, all lots except Lot 62, as requested by the Planning and Zoning Board.

Accepting Chad Hartle's bid of $180 on used parking blocks.

Authorized a contract with Hendrix, Schwab, Garner, Schermann & Co., P.C., for services to prepare the 1994 audit.

Changed names of Russell and Kasten Drives in Russell Heights Cemetery. The new names are Bradley and McKee drives.
