Street Committee

-- Set a public hearing on the 1996 Tax rate for Monday, Aug. 19 at 7:30 p.m.

-- Changed regular council meeting from Monday, Sept. 2 to Tuesday, Sept. 3, due to Labor Day Holiday.

-- Set a public hearing for Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the rezoning of Lots 1 through 30 and Lots 38 through 96 as shown on the preliminary plat of Rosewood Estates Subdivision from R-1 to R-2, as submitted by Gerald Stoverink.

-- Set a public hearing for Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the rezoning of Lots 31 through 37 as shown on the preliminary plat of Rosewood Estates Third Subdivision from C-2 to R-2 as submitted by Gerald Stoverink.

-- Accepted those portions of Aaron and Alpine drives in Cantaberry Estates Subdivision, Phase I, as public streets and also accept the water and sewer systems serving those lots.

-- Approved contractual agreement relative to the asphalt paving of the northern end of Elwanda Drive.
