-- Consider motion to approve the semi-annual financial statement ending June 30, 1996, and to publish in the local newspaper.

-- Consider motion to set the date of the annual city Christmas party for Dec. 13.

-- Consider motion instructing city engineer to complete contract documents and acquire necessary easements for the completion of Phase I of the water and sewer extension plans relative to the annexation of 1989-90.

-- Consider resolution proposing the improvement of Gloria Street.
