Authorized payment on Jackson Missouri Electric System Refunding Revenue Bonds due July 1.

Approved resolution accepting petition for voluntary annexation from Gerald and Mary Stoverink and set a public hearing for July 15.

Authorized the city's participation in city of St. Louis' local use tax refund litigation involving the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Approved ordinance confirming approval of a community unit plan under pre-1994 zoning ordinance and confirming acceptance of plat submitted by Regency Terrace of Jackson.

Street Committee

Approved recommendation of 1996 street overlay projects and authorized receipt of bids.

Authorized participation in COPS Universal Hiring Program Grant.

Approved reclassification and expediting the identification and abatement of nuisances.

Set public hearing for Monday, July 15 at 7:30 p.m. to consider a special use permit for storage of petroleum products in an I-2 district as submitted by W.D. Harris of MFA Oil Co., Inc.

Approved preliminary plat of Sunset Hills Subdivision Unit No. 5 as submitted by Kenny Spooler.

Approved preliminary plat of Rosewood Estates Third subdivision as submitted by Gerald Stoverink, contingent upon completion of voluntary annexation proceedings.

Approved minor subdivision plat of Victorian Plaza Subdivision as submitted by Mid-America Hotels Corporation.
