A. Consider motion authorizing quarterly payment of $5,500 to Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association for services provided.
B. Consider ordinance authorizing contractual agreement between City of Jackson and the Jackson Junior Chamber of Commerce relative to the voluntary construction of a park pavilion.
C. Consider ordinance relating to the regulation of water wells within the city limits.
D. Consider ordinance approving voluntary annexation of a portion of Missouri Highway 25 right of way.
Street committee
A. Consider motion authorizing city to participate in a grant application with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources under the Waste Reduction and Recycling Project.
B. Consider ordinance amending the "Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets" schedule to include parking prohibited designations on Adams, Florence, Georgia, East Main and Ohio streets.
C. Consider motion to authorize staff to maintain Farmington Road, north of Independence Street at current levels and provide dust control as needed and to notify adjoining property owners that said street has not been improved in accordance with city street standards and future improvements shall be undertaken as new street construction under city street policy.
