-- Passed motion to accept those portions of West Lane, Alpine Street, Berkley Drive, Bristol Drive and Aspen Drive in Fairfield Estates Subdivision, Phase One as public streets and also accept the water and sewer systems serving those lots along these streets.
-- Passed motion accepting low bid of Penzel Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of $6,628.36 under the Recycling Center Office Construction/Building Repair Contract.
-- Passed ordinance authorizing contractual agreement with Penzel Construction Co. Inc. for the construction and repair of the Recycling Center Office.
