Power and Light Committee

-- Voted not to authorize quarterly payment of $1,250 to Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association for services provided.

-- Amended contract with City Water and Light of Jonesboro, Ark., relative to purchase of additional electric capacity.

-- Approved Pay Request No. 1 (final) to Surdex Corp. in the amount of $65,035 under the Photogrammetric Mapping Contract.

-- Approved payment of $9,293.81 to Hastings and Chivetta Architects Inc., relative to Multipurpose Building Feasibility Study.

-- Tabled a motion to authorize a contractual agreement with Alliance Blue Cross/Blue Shield through Swinford-Hoffman and Associates Inc., relative to providing employee health insurance for next year.
