-- Consider a motion accepting the bid of Novatech, L.L.C., of Lenexa, Kan., in the amount of $177,866 for a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System for the municipal power plant.

-- Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Novatech, L.L.C., relative to the purchase and installation of a SCADA System for the municipal power plant.
