Power and Light Committee

* Consider motion approving the appointment of Gloria Kiehne to fill an unexpired term on the library board.

* Consider a motion accepting the bid of Big D Electric Inc., of Eldorado, Ill., in the amount of $141,555.85 relative to the West Substation Project.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Big D Electric Inc. relative to the construction of the West Substation Project.

Street Committee

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance approving the rezoning of both sides of East Main Street to R-3 (general residential) beginning at the current line of the R-3 district boundary (or approximately 400 feet east of the Shawnee Boulevard centerline) and proceeding in an easterly direction to the east line of the John V. Priest property at a depth of 270 feet from the centerline of East Main Street.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance approving a special-use permit for the establishment and operation of self-storage facilities in a C-2 (general commercial) district at 974 W. Independence St.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance approving the rezoning of Lots 1 through 7 in Brookview Subdivision, Lots 8 through 11 in Brookview III Subdivision and the property addressed as 2941 Old Cape Road from C-2 to R-4 (one- and two-family residential).
