* Authorized Pay Request #1 in the amount of $131,426.27 to Monroe Plumbing & Heating Co. Inc. under the Klaus Park Sanitary Sewer Lift Station & Force Main Contract.
* Established a User Charge System in the city to provide funds needed to pay for all expenses associated with the city's water system.
Street Committee
* Tabled a motion to waive the two-year ban under Section 29-25(5) of the City Code to consider a rezoning application seeking an amendment for a smaller included tract (23.1 acres of property situated along the east side of North High Street from R-2 to C-2) which has been previously denied by the Board of Aldermen.
* Granted permission for Jackson Middle School students, under adult supervision, to solicit donations at specified non-signaled intersections on March 18 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
