* Consider a motion to change the regular council meeting date from Monday, Feb. 19 to Tuesday, Feb. 20, due to the Presidents Day holiday.

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with the Federal Emergency Management Agency relative to the creation and maintenance of up-to-date flood hazard data for the City of Jackson.
