Jackson begins road sealing Monday

The annual Concrete Street Routing and Sealing Program in Jackson is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. Monday.

According to a news release issued by Erica Bogenpohl, staff engineer for the city of Jackson, work will be along Spring Lake Trail and Watson Drive, Palmer Drive and Wedgewood Drive and is expected to be finished within two weeks. Roads will be restricted to one-lane of traffic, and on-street parking will be prohibited between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Flaggers will be on-site, and signs will be posted notifying motorists of work in these areas, the release said.
