Action Items

Authorized preventive maintenance contract with Robert Boitnott Painting for Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost of $10,000 or less.

Authorized renewal of lease on property located at 198 Oak Hill Road.

Purchased 48 utility poles from Brownwood Preserving Co. of Pensacola, Fla., for $7,272.

Vacated right-of-way for an alley running between Union Avenue and Farmington Street.

Accepted Ann Drive in Hickory Lane Estates as a public street and also accepted the water and sewer systems serving the lots on Ann Drive, providing for city maintenance.

Accepted those portions of Green Meadows Drive, Breckenridge, Hidden Meadows Drive and Vail Drive in Oak Hill and Green Meadows Subdivisions as public streets and also accept the water and sewer systems services lots on those streets, providing for city maintenance.

Approved final plat of Fairway Estates 5th Subdivision.

Authorized partial payment of $46,116 to Fronabarger Concreters Inc. as per Ridge Road paving contract.

Instructed city attorney to prepare ordinance for the rezoning of all of lots 5-10 of Linus Sanford's 1st Addition from C-2 to R-3.
