Approve the 1996 proposed budget.

Adopt a drug and alcohol testing policy.

Authorize a pay request in the amount of $69,660.14 to Penzel Construction Co. for renovation of the new City Hall.

Consider approving a special use permit as requested by Jane Clark at 661 W. Independence St. for the operation of a day-care center.

Consider approving the rezoning of 977 Donna Drive from residential to commercial as requested by Mr. and Mrs. Mike Baker.

Adopt the employee pay plan for 1996 as amended.

Reconfirm the city's position to include 50 percent participation on the water line relocation and the Bainbridge culvert on Oak Hill Road.

Consider a motion to cancel the Dec. 25 work session due to Christmas holiday.

Change the regular council meeting from Jan. 1 to Jan. 2 due to the New Year's holiday.

Change the regular council meeting from Jan. 15 to Jan. 16 due to Martin Luther King's birthday.

Change the regular council meeting from Feb. 19 to Feb. 20 due to President's Day.
