CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The "Israel at 60" festival, sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri and Western Kentucky, will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Carbondale Civic Center.
